Orders
We cannot make changes to your order once it has already been picked up by our shipping carrier.

All orders are shipped out from our New York City studio & tracking details are provided via email. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Yes! To verify stock availability or made-to-order lead time, email customerservice@agmesnyc.com.
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding US federal holidays).
Shipping
Orders ship within 2-3 business days, stock permitting. If your item is out of stock, we will be in touch to confirm production lead time, usually 3-4 weeks.
Tracking information is sent via email once shipped.
Note: Orders with multiple items are shipped once all items are in stock. You will be notified if 1 or more items are made-to-order; splitting shipment is available for an additional fee.

For expedited shipping, U.S. customers may select UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day at checkout.
NYC locals may select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Pickup confirmation will be sent via email once your order is ready.
Note: many items are made-to-order and cannot be shipped immediately. If all items in your order are in stock, it will ship or be ready for pickup as soon as 1-2 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders over $500 qualify for free economy shipping within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawai'i, and Puerto Rico).
Yes! All AGMES international orders are shipped via DHL.
Most international orders ship with duties prepaid. However, some countries may be subject to customs duties and taxes before delivery, in which case, DHL will reach out for payment ahead of delivery.

All of our jewelry is made using .925 Sterling Silver, 18k Gold Vermeil, or 14k Solid Gold.
Gold Vermeil styles are made by plating a thick layer of 18k yellow gold over a .925 sterling silver base.
AGMES is based in New York City and our entire process, from design to sampling to production, is done in the United States.
Engraved styles typically require 2-3 additional business days for fulfillment for in-stock items.
Our rings are only offered in whole sizes at this time.
As we continue to expand our range and sizing over time, it's important to us that our customers are happy. If your exact size is not listed, please contact us at customerservice@agmesnyc.com prior to placing your order so we can determine if your ring can be special ordered.
Returns and Exchanges
Email customerservice@agmesnyc.com with your order number to request authorization. Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 10 days of order delivery.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment unless stated otherwise. Once your return is processed, a refund is issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
- Please note, AGMES does not price match. All refunds and exchanges may only be processed based on your order receipt and align with amount paid at the original time of purchase.
All solid gold and customized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Gifts may be returned for site credit or refund to the original method of payment within 10 days of order delivery.

Jewelry Repairs & Care
We offer several repair services for your AGMES jewelry. Please note, each case is unique and we can better advise next steps once we know the details of your repair request.
Email us a photo of your AGMES piece along with proof of purchase & damage details to inquire: customerservice@agmesnyc.com.
Shipping costs to and from the studio are not covered. Final pricing and lead time will be quoted once we assess your item.

Each piece of AGMES jewelry is handcrafted and requires delicate handling. To maintain the beauty of your pieces, we recommend you do not swim, bathe, or shower in your jewelry. We package each of our pieces in a special tarnish resistant pouch. After each wear, gently wipe away any dirt and store inside the AGMES pouch to prevent tarnishing. AGMES is not responsible for the maintenance of your purchased jewelry.
- Sterling Silver: We provide a small polishing cloth with each sterling silver purchase and recommend you use this to clean off any dirt or tarnish.
- Gold Vermeil & Solid Gold: We recommend you clean your gold jewelry using a damp, soft cloth, but make sure to fully dry the jewelry before wearing it. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish.
